Hot Shot Equipment

Below are equipment lists for CDL and NON-CDL drivers. Some of the items are

required, and some are optional. Guthrie Express does sell all of this equipment if they have it in stock. All equipment purchased from us must be arranged IN WRITING a minimum of 7 business days before your orientation date, so we reserve it in your name to make sure we have it on hand for you when you arrive. Please note that buying your equipment from us is optional. As long as the equipment you buy elsewhere is correct, and all required equipment is brought to orientation with you, we don't care where you by it.

All equipment purchased from Guthrie must be paid for in full with cash or credit card, before orientation begins. No equipment will be loaned or balance held out of future paychecks, no exceptions. There are times we do have used discounted equipment that can be sold at a lower price. To order equipment, send an email to hr@guthrieexpress.com with a list of items you wish to purchase and the amount you need. Upon receiving your list, we will respond with your options and pricing. Please note that no equipment will be priced until after you have filled out an application, sent us your DL, passed your background check, passed your DMV check, and been vetted by our insurance company.

2” x 27’ FLAT HOOK Ratchet Straps (if you have 4" strap winches 6 required if not 8 are required)

4” x 30’ FLAT HOOK Winch Straps (8 required 10 suggested if trailer has 4" strap winches)

Dunnage 8’x4’x4’ Landscape Timber (4 required)
